By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Consent to receive text messages is handled separately: we send marketing or promotional text messages only to customers who expressly opt in, and your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. See Phone Numbers & Text Messaging below.

Information We Collect

The personal information you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask for it.

Log Files

We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites, and all hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. We use this information to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement on the website, and gather demographic information.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like most websites, we may use cookies. Cookies store information including your preferences and the pages on the website that you accessed or visited. We use this information to optimize your experience by customizing our web page content based on your browser type and other information.

You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. More detailed information about cookie management for specific web browsers can be found on those browsers' respective websites.

Service Providers and Sharing

We share personal information only as described in this policy. We may share it with service providers who perform work on our behalf — for example order fulfillment, payment processing, hosting and analytics, email delivery, and text message delivery — and only to the extent needed to perform that work. We require these providers to protect your information and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent your phone number.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account and order history, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Records of text message consent and opt-out are retained as long as needed to document your choice.
